Terms of use

Okasyon gives event hosts a web camera their guests use from their own phones, plus a gallery and optional big-screen display.

Your event

You pay once per event. The price depends on the most guests who can join. Payment is by GCash and we turn your event on once we have checked the receipt.

Photos

Photos belong to the people who took them and to you as the host. We store them only to run your event. Your gallery stays open for 30 days after the event date, or one year with the add-on. After that the photos are deleted for good, so download them before then.

Fair use

Do not use Okasyon for anything illegal, or to collect photos of people without their knowledge. We can close an event that breaks these rules.

Refunds

If we cannot turn your event on, we refund you in full. Once guests have started using it, we do not refund.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
